Questions owners ask

Can I import my existing student list?

Yes. Upload your Excel or Google Sheet and we map the columns for you during onboarding.

Do parents need to download an app?

No. Parents can register, pay and check attendance from a link in WhatsApp. The parent app is optional.

Where is our data stored?

Student data is encrypted and hosted in the region, with access controls by staff role. Parent data is handled in line with Malaysia's PDPA.

Can it handle siblings and family discounts?

Yes. Siblings share one family account, one invoice and any discount rules you set.
